Hi all it's me again.

MY SPECIAL MOMENT I have just this minute come back from St Nicholas Church in Fyfield where I attended a service for Easter which was put on by the children of Dr Walker’s C of E Primary School in Fyfield. Let me say now that anything to do with the school is my priority and I wouldn't miss it for the world. I was invited as the guest of honour and I thought had nothing to do except enjoy the service. How wrong I was. After the service the assistant head mistress Mrs Nazif made a speech to all the parents and at the end of it announced we have a special guest here and announced me. I felt very embarrassed as you can all imagine as I wasn't prepared for this and then she called me up and said some very nice things about me and then presented me with these two beautiful presents. I was lost for words but managed to make some sort of a speech and was able to thank the lovely parents who were there on the wonderful behaviour of their children. I have had the pleasure of going to the school a few times to talk to the children and as you all know this is my greatest pleasure. I was holding the basket which was heavy when I first got it but it was getting heavier the more I held it so I passed it back to Mrs Nazif who gave it to one of the men so he could take it to the car for me. When I thanked Mrs Nazif for the present she announced that the school has adopted me which brought a tear to my eyes. At 87 I have been adopted. WOW. I have had another wonderful morning thanks to Dr Walkers and I hope I have many more. When I drove away all the children and teachers and parents were waving to me and I must admit I felt like royalty. A very satisfying and enjoyable morning. Thank you to Louise Roberts Morris Mrs Dean the headmistress and Mrs Nazif for all that you have done for me. God bless you all. STAY SAFE. ROSEMARY and BRYAN xxx
